About Seven Moons Crystals
Our History
Seven Moons Crystals was founded in 2023. We started as an online crystals shop and we are growing fast and started to include other metaphysical items in our inventory. We conduct live sales on TikTok and also provide opportunities for people to select from our list of unique crystals as well as some classics.
Our Products
We offer a wide range of crystals that you can purchase here through our website or through our live sales on TikTok. We plan to offer other metaphysical products in the near future, such as tarot cards, essential oils, and more. All of our products are carefully selected to ensure that they are of the highest quality and resonate with our customers' spiritual needs.

How to Claim/Purchase an item
- All crystals are labeled with a number (which is the price), and a letter. Once we show and state the price of the crystal, you have the option of claiming that piece. To claim an item, you should type both the price and the letter (e.g. “21A”).
- The first person to comment correctly claiming the crystal on the Seven Moons Crystals screen will be the winner. Please note that TikTok may experience lag at times and may show your comment ahead of others. Our screen is what counts.
- The crystal that is shown is what is sold, unless we state that the crystal is randomly chosen or intuitively picked.
- Invoices are posted on our website (www.sevenmoonscrystals.com) under Live Sale Invoices heading. Payment is due within 72 hours. Please email us with your mailing address and email address immediately after you claim an item.
- After you pay your invoice, your purchases will be shipped. Packages will be dropped off within 48 hours.
- If you have questions about your invoice, please send us an email at leofmart@gmail.com. Failure to pay may/will result in you being blocked and unable to participate in future sales. You must be 18 years of age to participate in our live sales.
Housekeeping
Live sales can get busy at times and a high number of comments can make for a hectic session. In order to be able to cover everything on the table during a live sale and to keep things moving along, please note that during live sales:
- Keep track of your purchases. We will screenshot baskets at the end of the sale and post them with your invoice.
- No trades or put backs. In fairness to other crystal lovers, please remember that if you claim a crystal, you are committing to purchase it. If you committed to buying the crystal, it means that in all likelihood someone else did not get it.
- Please do not claim items that have not been shown yet.
- We cannot answer DMs sent during a live sale, but we will do our best to answer them within 24 hours.

Where are we located?
- We are an online shop only, but we are based out of Jacksonville, Florida.
What kind of payment types are accepted?
- We use Square online to process our payments. Square does accept a variety of payment types including the following: credit cards, mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), prepaid cards, Cash App pay, Square gift cards and PayPal.
Payment Plans?
- At the moment, we are unable to make payment plans. We are a fairly new shop, and we rely on payments to be able to restock our shop. We will consider them in the future.
When is Payment due?
- Payment is due 72 hours after your invoice has been sent and posted on our website. Any specific situations please contact us by email, and we will consider it.
- Attention: If you are a new customer to Seven Moons Crystals and you claim a lot of items quickly, we will ask you to pay a percentage of the items claimed before the invoice due date. We do this to not allow trolls to waste our time with a fake order. We will stop you from claiming until the percentage is paid.
